The location provided great value. I found the proximity convenient.
The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Air fresheners did not resolve the issue. The carpets looked stained. The smell permeated throughout the hotel.

the front desk reception was efficient. privacy was maintained well. check-in and check-out were both quick.
the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. the bathroom door was jammed. the bathroom water leaked in several places. the furniture in the room looked outdated. the air conditioner was not very cold. the bed was quite low.

I found the airport pickup well-organized (the driver was punctual). The city tour provided by the hotel was a highlight. It was customized and informative. The receptionists were kind during check-in and check-out, allowing both early check-in and late check-out. The varied food was tasty.
The hotel location is a bit far from the metro.
